How to use a glass or porcelain Infuser-mug
Use a glass or porcelain cup or teapot with a removable infusing basket for simple and carefree infusion at home or work.
Step one
Flush the inside of the cup with hot water in order to warm it and to remove any residual detergent left after washing.
Step two
Put one to two teaspoons of tea into the infuser and fill the cup with water.
Step three
When the appropriate level of steeping occurs, remove the infuser and place on the upturned lid to preventing spillage.
Step four
When you are ready to steep more tea, simply repeat steps two and three.

Step one
Place a tablespoon of your chosen tea inside the infuser.
Step two
Pour over water of the appropriate temperature for your tea (see tea section) and allow to infuse, watching the leaves open in the water.
Step three
After one to three minutes, press the button on the top of the infuser, allowing the tea to flow out of the bottom and into the serving jug.
Serve and re-steep as many times as your tea will allow.
